Požadavky vysídleneckých organizací sudetských Němců v SRN vůči České republice v letech 1993-1997

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se věnuje požadavkům vysídleneckých organizací sudetských Němců v SRN vůči České republice v období mezi lety 1993-1997. Požadavky, které vůči ČR v souvislosti se sudetoněmeckou otázkou vznášely vysídlenecké organizace sudetských Němců, se v 90. letech staly jedním z velmi diskutovaných témat česko-německých vztahů a výrazně je ovlivnily. Po nastínění bilaterální roviny česko-německých vztahů s důrazem na jejich historickou dimenzi a představení zkoumaných vysídleneckých organizací je popsáno, jak zvolené subjekty interpretovaly období společné sudetoněmecko-české historie v letech 1918-1945 a jakým způsobem vznášely požadavky práva na vlast, na materiální odškodnění, započetí dialogu s českou vládou a zrušení prezidentských dekretů. Cílem práce je zmapovat, jak a jestli se tyto požadavky a témata v daném časovém období vyvíjely, jakým způsobem je jednotlivé vysídlenecké organizace vznášely a které z nich přebíraly vybrané německé politické strany. V rámci klíčové části práce jsou analyzovány projevy a prohlášení představitelů vysídleneckých organizací a představitelů německých politických stran. Na tomto základě je vyhodnocována přítomnost či nepřítomnost výše zvolených požadavků a témat a jejich interpretace či přebírání a je popsán jejich vývoj.

This Bachelor thesis is devoted to the demands of expellee organisations of the Sudeten Germans in the Federal Republic of Germany put forward to the Czech Republic between the years 1993 - 1997. The demands which the expellee organizations of the Sudeten German organizations raised with the Czech Republic in the 90's in connection with the Sudeten German question became one of the most discussed topics of Czech-German relations and strongly influenced them. After outlining the bilateral field of Czech-German relations with emphasis on their historical dimension and characterisation of the expellee organisations of the Sudeten Germans examined in this thesis there is a description of how the chosen subjects interpreted the period of shared Sudeten German-Czech history between the years 1918 - 1945 and the way they raised demands for their right for a homeland, material compensation, the commencement of dialogue with the Czech government and the reversal of the presidential decrees. The goal of this thesis is to map if and how these demands and topics developed over the chosen time period, how the individual organizations raised them and which of these demands were adopted by certain German political parties.
