Ošetřovatelská péče o pacienta s nekrotickou pankreatitidou

Abstract

Jako téma bakalářské práce jsme si zvolili Ošetřovatelský proces u pacienta s nekrotickou pankreatitidou. Pacient původně přijat pro akutní pankreatitidu, v průběhu hospitalizace došlo k rozvinutí pankreatitidy nekrotické. Cílem studie bylo popsat ošetřovatelskou péči u pacienta s nekrotickou pankreatitidou na Vacuum Assisted Closure s cílem zachytit složitost a komplexnost z pohledu ošetřovatelské péče náročného pacienta a popis konkrétních jevů, který v praxi demonstrují na ošetřovatelském modelu Henderson. Jako metoda výzkumného šetření byla použita případová studie. Výsledkem práce měla být též zjištění týkající se ošetřovatelské péče, že ačkoli je pankreatitida často smrtelné onemocnění a může se rozvinout i několik roků po stresových zatíženích a v abstinenčním období, pacient z případové studie se po vyléčení úspěšně integroval do pracovního zařazení. As a topic of the bachelor thesis we have chosen Nursing process at a patient with necrotic pancreas. The patient was originally hospitalized for acute pancreatis, however, necrotic pancreatis developed during hospitalization. The aim of the study is to describe nursing care at a patient with necrotic pancreatis at Vacuum Assisted Closure and to catch complexity from the point of view of the nursing care of the patient and description of particular phenomenona, which have been demonstrated on a nursing model Henderson. A case study has been used as a method of research. A result of the paper was also supposed to be a finding concerning nursing care and stating that although pancreatic is often terminal disease and can develop even several years after stress and in abstinent period, the patient from the case study has successfully integrated into working process after he was cured.
