Edukace pacienta s kardiovaskulárním onemocněním

Abstract

Úvod: Bakalářská práce se zabývá edukací pacientů na oddělení kardiovaskulární chirurgie, kde pracuji. Typ práce je teoreticko-empirický. Teoretická část se zabývá celkovým edukačním procesem, pojmem edukace a významem ve zdravotnictví s dalšími zásadami a formami edukace a pojmy, které se týkají edukace. Další částí teoretické práce je popis kardiovaskulárních onemocnění, rizikových faktorů a následné léčby. Metodika: Empirická část je realizována kvantitativním výzkumem pomocí dotazníků. Skupina respondentů je v rozmezí 18- 60 let a více. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, zda znají pojem edukace, a v jaké míře jsou pacienti edukováni v edukačních procesech, které probíhají na oddělení, v jakých procesech jsou nejčastěji edukováni a jak jsou chápány, dále zjistit jakým nejčastějším způsobem jsou informace podávány a kde shledávají nejčastější bariery při edukaci. Jedním z posledních cílů bylo zjištění, zda mají pacienti dostatek informacío dalších možnostech své léčby. Význam práce spočívá ve zmapování probíhající edukace, zjistit nedostatky v určitých edukačních procesech a určit návrhy na zvýšení kvality edukace. Výsledky: Zjistila jsem, že polovina dotazovaných byla seznámena s pojmem edukace ale ani tato polovina respondentů se celkově neorientuje v edukačních procesech. Z dalšího výzkumného šetření...

Backgroud: This thesis deals education of patienton the departmen of cardiovascular surgery where I work. Type of the work is theoratical- empirical. The theoretical part deals overal educational proces, concept of education, signifikance in health care with other principles and forms of education and concepts concerning education. Other parts of the theoretical work is a description of cardiovascular diseases, risk factors and subsequent treatment. Methods: The empirical part is realized the quantitative research using questionnaires. The group of respondent sis between 18-60 years and over. The aim of my work was to determine in they know the concept of education and the extent to patients are educated in educational proces taking place in the department in which processes are most educated as understood, to find out hoiw the most common way informations are delivered and where they find the most common barriers. The last of the goals was to determine if patients have enough information about other options for their treatment.
