Neplodnost v 21. století a její řešení

Abstract

Problematika neplodnosti je aktuální téma, každý šestý pár, který se rozhodne mít děti, se s touto problematikou setkává. Tato bakalářská práce se snaží podat souhrnný přehled možných východisek. Nejprve se věnuje objasnění pojmu neplodnosti (u mužů i u žen), příčin neplodnosti a možnosti vyšetření neplodnosti (zahrnující i problematiku imunologickou). Zaměřuje se na různé možnosti řešení problému: formy léčby neplodnosti, zejména asistovanou reprodukci a její různé modifikace. Velmi diskutované řešení je surogační mateřství, které je podrobněji rozpracováno. A nakonec i možnost osvojení, což je pro mnohé ukončení neúspěšné léčby. Výzkumná část si klade za cíl popsat a analyzovat jednotlivé případy žen, které jsou nuceny řešit daný problém; jakou možnost zvolily či volí s ohledem na zdravotní stav, životní postoj, víru a finanční možnosti. Výstupem praktické části je formulace rad a doporučení pro ženy, které se s neplodností setkávají či v budoucnu budou nuceny tento problém řešit.

ABSRACT: Problems with infertility is very actual theme, each sixth couple, which decide to have children, deal with the problem of infertility. This bachelor thesis makes efforts to give a summary of possibility. At first there is a clarification of infertility (both the men's one and the women's one), causes of sterility and possibility of screening infertility (including immunology issues). The thesis is focused on varius opportunity of solution the problem: form of treatment infertility, especially assisted reproduction and it's varius modifications. Very discussed solution is surrogate maternity, which is elaborated. And at last the opportunity of adoption, which is for many people the end of unsuccessful treatment. The research part is aimed at describe and analyse individual case of women, who are forced to deal with given problem, which opportunities the women choose or chose (with respect to state of health, life attitude, faith and financial opportunities). The conclusion of research part is formulation of advices and recommendations to women centend with sterility or to women who wil be forced to solve this problem.
