Abstract

BAKALÁŘSKÉ PRÁCE Jméno a příjmení autora: Anna Chmelařová Vedoucí práce: MUDr. Petra Sládková, Ph.D. Oponent práce: Název bakalářské práce: Možnosti fyzioterapie u pacientů s vertebrogenním algickým syndromem lumbální páteře s využitím ICF Core Setu Abstrakt: Bakalářská práce pojednává o možnostech fyzioterapie u pacientů s vertebrogenním algickým syndromem lumbální páteře. Dále se zabývá klinickou aplikací Mezinárodní klasifikace funkčních schopností, disability a zdraví (MKF, angl. ICF) prostřednictvím zkrácené verze ICF Core Setu pro bolesti lumbální páteře. Tato práce se skládá z části teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části jsou zahrnuty různé příčiny vzniku vertebrogenního algického syndromu, základní informace o epidemiologii, etiologii a časovém trvání. Jsou zde uvedeny možnosti fyzioterapie, které byly použity u pacientů vybraných pro tuto práci. Dále se zabývá charakteristikou MKF a popisuje zkrácenou verzi ICF Core Setu pro bolesti lumbální páteře, včetně hodnocení validity ICF Core Setu dvěma vybranými studiemi. Praktická část podává přehled o metodologii práce, tedy o metodách sběru dat, výběru pacientů, cílech a předpokladech práce. BACHELOR THESIS ABSTRACT Author's first name and surname: Anna Chmelařová Bachelor thesis supervizor: MUDr. Petra Sládková, Ph.D. Oponent: Title of bachelor thesis: Options of Physiotherapy Approaches for Patients with Vertebral Algic Syndrome of Lumbar Spine using ICF Core Set Abstract: This bachelor thesis deals with options of physiotherapy approaches for patients with vertebral algic syndrome of lumbar spine as well as with the clinical appliacation of the International classification of functioning, disability and health (ICF) using the Brief ICF Core Set for Low Back Pain. This thesis contains of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part includes variety of causes of vertebral algic syndrome, basic information about epidemiology, etiology and time duration. Options of physiotherapy approaches which were used for patients chosen for this thesis are also described. Furthermore, the thesis uses the characteristic of the ICF and describes the Brief ICF Core Set for Low Back Pain, including the ratings of validity of this Core Set by two chosen studies.
