Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po osteosyntéze laterálního kondylu femuru

Abstract

Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po osteosyntéze laterálního kondylu femuru Cíle: Hlavním cílem této práce je seznámení se s danou diagnózou - s úrazem kolenního kloubu a s osteosyntézou laterálního kondylu femuru. A to v podobě vypracované literární rešerše v obecné části práce, kde se blíže seznámíme s frakturami distálního femuru, s jejich ortopedickým řešením a s následnou fyzioterapií zlomenin. Dále se seznámíme s anatomickým, kineziologickým a biomechanickým popisem kolenního kloubu, s kompletním vyšetřením kolenního kloubu a s jeho fyzioterapií. Ve speciální části práce je popsána kompletní terapie pacientky po osteosyntéze laterálního kondylu femuru. Terapie proběhla mezi 10. a 31. dnem po osteosyntéze. Metody: Pro vypracování této bakalářské práce byla využita metoda analýzy odborné literatury, její ucelené zpracování a utřídění v rámci zadaného tématu v obecné části. Ve speciální části této práce bylo užito získaných poznatků z oblasti fyzioterapie při studiu na UK FTVS. Zároveň podklady pro speciální část této práce byly získány během Souvislé odborné praxe v Oblastní nemocnici Kladno, a.s. v termínu od 23. 1. 2017 do 17. 2. 2017. Title: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient after osteosynthesis of the lateral femoral condyle Objectives: The main objective of this work is to get acquainted with the diagnosis - with knee injury and osteosynthesis of the lateral femoral condyle. In the general part of this work is elaborate literaly research, in this part we will acquainted in more details: with fractures of the distal femur, with their orthopedic solutions and subsequent physiotherapy. In the next we will learn about anatomical, biomechanical and kinesiological description of the knee joint, with a complete examination of the knee joint and with physiotherapy of this joint. In the special part of this work is described complete therapy of the patient after osteosynthesis of the lateral femoral condyle.
