Genderové aspekty studia a pedagogické praxe učitelek v mateřské škole

Abstract

The aim of this work is to reflect the experiences of teachers and reveal their attitudes and opinions in connection with the study and their work in kindergarten. How they perceive their experience of studying at the faculty of education? And how they understand their position of students in the context of their profession? Which gender issues are they talking about in connection to their studies and practice in kindergarten? What range of opinions and attitudes they hold against gender aspects of their profession? The work combines two sources of analysis to be interconnected and complement. That is the Framework educational program for preschool education and interviews with teachers. Cílem této práce je reflektovat zkušenosti učitelek a odhalit jejich postoje a názory v souvislosti se studiem a jejich prací v mateřské škole. Jak reflektují svou zkušenost se studiem na pedagogické fakultě? A jak ji dávají do souvislosti se svou profesí učitelek? Jaká genderová témata zvýznamňují, když mluví o studiu a vlastní praxi v mateřské škole? A jaké spektrum názorů a postojů zastávají vůči genderovým aspektům své praxe? Kombinuje přitom dva zdroje analýzy, které se prolínají a doplňují. Jedná se o Rámcový vzdělávací program pro předškolní vzdělávání a polo strukturované rozhovory s učitelkami, které jsou zároveň, které jsou zároveň absolventkami či studentkami kombinovaného oboru Učitelství pro mateřské školy.
