Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s revmatoidní artritidou

Abstract

Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s revmatoidní artritidou Cíle: Hlavním cílem práce je zdůraznit roli fyzioterapeuta jako součásti interdisciplinárního týmu v komplexní léčbě revmatoidní artritidy a prokázat efekt vybraných postupů v praxi. Součástí práce je podrobná kazuistika pacienta s diagnózou revmatoidní artritida. Metody: Tato práce byla vypracována v rámci čtyřtýdenní odborné praxe v Revmatologickém ústavu v Praze v termínu od 2. 1. 2017 do 27. 1. 2017 pod odborným vedením Mgr. Ivy Zinkové. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, obecné a speciální. Obecná část je zaměřena na zpracování problematiky onemocnění revmatoidní artritida, zabývá se charakteristikou, vznikem, projevy, průběhem, diagnostikou, vyšetřením a léčbou onemocnění. Součástí speciální části je kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta, zahrnující anamnézu, vstupní kineziologický rozbor, cíl, návrh a průběh terapie, kontrolní kineziologický rozbor a zhodnocení efektu terapie. Výsledky: Po šesti terapiích byl proveden kontrolní kineziologický rozbor, který prokazuje zlepšení klinického stavu pacienta s revmatoidní artritidou. Title: A case of physiotherapeutic care of a patient with rheumatoid arthritis Objectives: The major aim of this thesis is to highlight the role of a physiotherapist as a part of the interdisciplinary team in the complex treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and to demonstrate the effect of special physiotherapeutical methods in practice. The thesis includes a detailed case report of a patient with rheumatoid arthritis. Methods: This thesis was made within the four weeks of practical training at the Institute of Rheumatology in Prague in the period from 2. 1. 2017 to 27. 1. 2017 under the guidance of Mgr. Iva Zinková. The thesis is divided into two parts: general and special. The general part is focused on processing the issues of the disease rheumatoid arthritis, deals with the characteristics, origin, symptoms, course of disease, diagnosis, examination and treatment. Included in the special part is a case report of physiotherapy care of the patient, including case history, entry kinesiological analysis, target, design and course of treatment, control kinesiology analysis and evaluation of the effect of therapy.
