Abstract

Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou stav po pravostranné exartikulaci v kyčelním kloubu. Shrnutí: Cílem této práce je sumarizace teoretických poznatků o problematice amputací dolních končetin a zpracování kazuistiky pacienta s diagnózou stav po pravostranné exartikulaci v kyčelním kloubu. Obecná část shrnuje informace z odborné literatury o anatomii, kineziologii, amputacích a protetice dolních končetin. Rovněž poukazuje na výrazný psychologický a socioekonomický dopad amputací na pacienta a zdůrazňuje potřebnou rehabilitaci i v tomto odvětví. Speciální část obsahuje anamnézu, vstupní kineziologický rozbor a fyzioterapeutický plán v krátkodobém i dlouhodobém měřítku při péči o pacienta po pravostranné kyčelní exartikulaci. Provedené terapeutické jednotky jsou podrobně popsány a na základě výstupního kineziologického rozboru je zhodnocen efekt fyzioterapeutické intervence. Title: Case Study of Physiotherapy Treatment of a Patient with the Diagnosis Status Post Right Hip Disarticulation. Summary: The main purpose of thesis is summary of teoretical findings about lower limb amputacion and processing of case study of the pacient with the hip disarticulation. The general part includes facts from anatomy, kineziology, amputations and prosthetics of lower limb. It pointes to great psychological, social and economical impact which should be dealt with. The special part consists of case history, inicial examination, short-term and long-term physiotherapy care about pacient after hip disarticulation. The therapeutic exercises are described in detail. Final inspection is compared with the result of the inicial examination and in the end of the thesis is evaluated the therapeutic effect.
