Abstract

Název práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou jednostranné nadkolenní amputace Cíl práce: Cílem práce je shrnutí teoretických poznatků a zpracování kazuistiky pacienta s diagnózou jednostranné nadkolenní amputace. Metodika práce: Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí. Obecná část zahrnuje poznatky vztahující se k tématu amputací zejména jednostranné nadkolenní amputace, k protetice, možnostem diagnostiky a terapeutickým metodám u této diagnostiky se zaměřením na fyzioterapii. Část speciální zahrnuje kazuistiku pacienta s diagnózou jednostranné nadkolenní amputace, obsahuje komplexní kineziologické vyšetření, rehabilitační plán, průběh terapie a závěrečné zhodnocení jejího efektu. Výsledek: Kazuistika pacienta, která byla zpracována v období dvou týdnů na přelomu ledna a února 2016 v Rehabilitační nemocnici v Berouně, prokázala efekt aplikované fyzioterapeutické intervence u pacienta s diagnózou jednostranné nadkolenní amputace především v oblasti kyčelních kloubů, kde došlo k protažení zkrácených struktur, ke zvýšení rozsahu aktivního pohybu a ke zlepšení svalové síly zejména do flexe, extenze a abdukce bilaterálně. Dále došlo ke kvalitnějšímu provedení pohybových stereotypů do abdukce a extenze u obou kyčelních kloubů a k lepší aktivaci HSS a to vše vedlo k výrazně...

Name of the thesis: Case Study of Physiotherapeutic Treatment of a Patient with the Diagnosis of unilateral above-knee Amputation Objective: Summary of theoretical knowledge and processing of case study of a patient with diagnosis of unilateral above-knee amputation. Methodics of the thesis: This thesis consists of two parts. The general part includes knowledge related with topic amputations, prothesis and possibilities of diagnostics and therapy at this issue, focusing on physiotherapy. Special part, including case study of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient with the diagnosis of unilateral above-knee amputation, contains complex kinesiological examination, rehabilitation plan, progress of therapy and final evaluation of its effect. Result: Case study of patient that had been processed in two weeks in January and February 2016 in Rehabilitation hospital in Beroun, has proved effect of applied intervention in a patient with the diagnosis of unilateral above-knee amputation especially in the hip area, where occurred elongation of shortened structures, increase of the range of active motions and improvement of muscle strength especially in flection, extension and bilaterally abduction.
