Profese sestry očima studentů medicíny

Abstract

Bakalářská práce "Profese sestry očima studentů medicíny" poskytuje náhled na ošetřovatelství jako na profesi. Jsou zde uvedeny hlavní znaky profese. Popsán je proces profesionalizace a jeho vliv na prestiž povolání sestry. Pozornost je také věnována změnám v rolích sestry a image povolání. Empirická část se zaměřuje na zjištění postojů studentů všeobecného lékařství ve vztahu k ošetřovatelskému povolání a následné komparaci výsledků s dříve realizovanými průzkumy a mezi vybranými skupinami studentů.

The Bachelor thesis "The Nursing Profession from the Point of View of the Medical Students" provides insight into nursing as a profession. The thesis states the main characteristics of profession. The study describes the process of professionalization and its impact on the prestige of nursing profession. This thesis also deals with the changes in the role of nurse and the image of nursing profession. The empirical part focuses on determining the attitude of medical students to the nursing profession and the subsequent comparison of the results with previous surveys and among selected groups of students.
