Autonómia a represia v živote mladistvých delikventov

Abstract

V mojej bakalárskej práci sa zaoberám autonómiou a represiou ktorú pociťujú a vyvíjajú mladiství delikventi vo vzťahu so svojim sociálnym okolím. Práca je inšpirovaná teóriou rovnováhy kontroly, ktorá patrí medzi sociologické kriminologické koncepcie príčin vzniku delikventného správania. Táto teória definuje autonómiu ako kontrolu aplikovanú jedincom a represiu ako kontrolu na jedinca vyvíjanú. Cieľom mojej práce je poskytnúť náhľad na spôsoby, akými mladiství delikventi vnímajú a reflektujú túto autonómiu a represiu vo svojej rodine, v škole a v referenčnej vrstevníckej skupine. Takisto v nej overujem, či platí podľa teórie rovnováhy kontroly, že nevyvážený pomer medzi autonómiou a represiou, ktorú jedinec zažíva je príčinou páchania deliktov. Na základe biografických rozhovorov so štyrmi mladistvými zverencami diagnostického ústavu a následnej analýzy takto získaných dát pomocou otvoreného kódovania čiastočne prevzatého zo zakotvenej teórie som dospela záverom, ktoré popisujú spôsoby, akými reflektujú mladiství delikventi autonómiu a represiu. Výsledky taktiež ukázali, že celkový pohľad na autonómiu a represiu v život delikventného jedinca nepostačuje k overeniu teórie rovnováhy kontroly, a tá môže platiť len pri jej interpretácii s inými psychologickými teóriami, pričom ja som sa v tejto práci...

The topic of this bachelor thesis is existence of autonomy and repression in relations between young delinquent people and society. Thesis is inspired by the control balance theory, one of the sociological criminological concepts of causes of formation of delinquent behavior, defining autonomy as a control which is applied by an individual and repression as a control applied on this individual. The objective of this work is to show a possible insights of how young delinquents perceive and reflect autonomy and repression in their social environments e.g. school and family environment, also in repressive group of their peers. I'm also trying to verify, according to control balance theory, whether imbalanced ratio between autonomy and repression experienced by individual is the cause of commiting delicts. Based on analysis of my biogpraphic interviews with four underage patients of diagnostic institute I found patterns describing how delinquents reflect autonomy and repression. The results show that just a complex view on autonomy and repression in lives of delinquents is not sufficient to verify control balance theory, also the fact that the interpretaion of theory is valid only in common with other psychological theories.
