Východoevropské partnerství

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o programu Východoevropské partnerství. Nejprve je zkoumána Evropská politika sousedství od okamžiku vzniku až po její následky a limity. Dále se práce zaměřuje na samotný program Východoevropské partnerství coby východní dimenzi Evropské politiky sousedství. V této části práce zkoumá vik programu, jeho nástroje a samozřejmě i jeho dosažené výsledky a jeho neúspěchy. Ve třetí části je práce zaměřena na zahraniční politiku České republiky ve vztahu k Východoevropskému partnerství jakožto její prioritu. Nejprve je pozornost věnována aktérům české zahraniční politiky, poté roli České republiky v inicializaci Východoevropského partnerství a na závěr jsou zkoumány aktivity, které Česká republika v rámci programu vyvíjí.

This bachelor thesis deals with the program of the Eastern Partnership. First of all thesis examines the European Neighbourhood Policy from the moment of commencement until the consequences and limits of the policy. After that thesis focuses on the very program of the Eastern Partnership as the eastern dimension of the European Neighbourhood Policy. At this point thesis inspects the commencement of the program, its tools, and of course, its results as well as failures. In the third part thesis concentrates on the foreign policy of the Czech republic in relation to the Eastern Partnership as its priority. Firstly, the focus is devoted to participants of czech foreign policy, after that, thesis focuses on the role of the Czech republic initiative of the Eastern Partnership and to finish with examination of activities which are conducted by the Czech republic in the Eastern Partnership.
