Organizovaný zločin v České republice

Abstract

(En) The presented thesis analyses the (international) organized crime from the point of view of the criminal law and also with the respect to the international cooperation in the field of fighting against organized crime. The thesis describes also the roots of the international organized crime including Its penetrating into the social live and Its progress in the Czech republic. The thesis adverts also preventive and repressive instruments used by the governments in their fight against organized crime. The integral part of the text are actual statistical data too.

(CZ) Rigorózní práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku organizovaného zločinu a jeho mezinárodní vymezení nejen z pohledu trestního práva, ale také z hlediska mezinárodní spolupráce v boji proti němu. Zabývá se také kořeny mezinárodního organizovaného zločinu, včetně jeho prorůstání do společenského života a vývoje na území České republiky. Součástí práce je rovněž zpracování preventivních a represivních nástrojů trestní politiky státu v boji proti organizovanému zločinu. Text je také z důvodu propojení teoretických a praktických poznatků obohacen o tabulky se statistickými údaji nejen ze soudních spisů.
