Epifytické lišejníky České republiky

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je rešerší děl z let 1908-2013, která se zabývají výskytem epifytických, tedy na dřevinách rostoucích, lišejníků v ČR. V úvodu je krátce vyložena definice lišejníků a epifytů a je popsán vztah lišejníků s jejich životním prostředím (s důrazem na znečištění ovzduší). Hlavní část je věnována zpracování dat zjištěných z literatury - kdy a na čem který lišejník rostl - která jsou rozdělena na dvě období (1908-1970 a 1971-2013). Zkoumají se změny četnosti druhů lišejníků mezi obdobími, vazby lišejníků na druhy dřevin a preference těchto druhů a její změny v čase, změny preference pH borky dřevin a dřeviny s nejvyšším počtem druhů lišejníků. Práce obsahuje seznam 429 druhů lišejníků vyskytujících se v ČR na dřevinách. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

This bachelor thesis researches the works of the years 1908-2013, which deal with the occurrence of epiphytic, i.e. growing on tree species, lichens in the Czech Republic. In the introduction there is briefly interpreted definition of lichens and epiphytes and the relationship between lichens and heir environment (with an emphasis on air pollution) is described. The main part is devoted to the processing of data found in the literature - when and on which tree species is the lichen growing - and is divided into two periods (1908-1970 and 1971-2013). The frequency of lichen species changes between periods - links between lichens and tree species and preference of the species and its changes over time, changes in preference of pH of bark of trees and tree species with the highest number of species of lichens.
