Zákonodárná iniciativa poslankyň a senátorek v Národním shromáždění 1. ČSR a koncept politické reprezentace

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá zákonodárnou iniciativu poslankyň v Národním shromáždění 1. ČR a konceptem reprezentace. Hlavním cílem je zjistit nakolik ovlivnila zákonodárnou iniciativu poslankyň ideologická příslušnost a nakolik to bylo zastupování specifických ženských zájmů. Práce používá pro výzkum dva typy reprezentace, ideologickou a funkcionální. Informace čerpá ze stenoprotokolových zápisů z jednotlivých schůzí poslanecké sněmovny. Samotný výzkum se skládá z analýzy projevů političek v plénu pomocí uplatnění jednotlivých prvků konceptů reprezentace. Důležitými body u činnosti poslankyň je tak reprezentace ženské otázky z hlediska funkcionální reprezentace a ideologie z hlediska ideologické reprezentace. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

This thesis concerns with legislative initiative of female deputies in the National Assembly of First Czechoslovak republic and with the concept of representation. The goal of this study is to determine to what extent was the legislative initiative of female deputies influenced by the ideological affiliation to their party and to what extent by the representation of specific women's interests. Two kinds of representations, ideological and functional, are used in this study. The sources of information are the stenographical records of the single parliamentary sessions. The research itself consists of the analysis of the speeches of the female politicians in plenum by application of particular elements of the concept of representation. The two important points in the course of the female deputies activities are the representation of the woman question in the point of view of the functional representation and the representation of the ideology from the standpoint of ideological representation.
