Indická zahraniční politika ve vztahu k USA za Indiry Gándhíové

Abstract

V bakalářské práci zkoumám zahraniční politiku mezi Indií a Spojenými státy americkými za vlády premiérky Indiry Gándhíové. Těžiště práce obsahuje čtyři hlavní zkoumané oblasti mezinárodní politiky Indie: vývoj indo-amerických vztahů; Pákistán - vznik státu Bangladéš; Sovětský svaz a Čínskou lidovou republiku. Bakalářská práce v úvodu obsahuje vhled do situace ve zkoumaných oblastech do období zvolení premiérky Gándhíové. Cílem práce je popsat vývoj situace v těchto čtyřech oblastech mezi lety 1966-1977 a nastínit politické a diplomatické kroky, které byly učiněny vládami jak na americké, tak indické straně. V závěru práce také krátce zkoumám vývoj situace v oblastech do současnosti.

The focus of bachelor thesis is foreign politics between India and the United States Of America in period of rule prime minister Indira Gandhi. The thesis is focused on four main fields: development of indo-american relationship; Pakistan - the origin of state Bangladesh; Soviet Union and Peoples Republic Of China. The introduction of bachelor thesis contains insight of these four fields up to the voting of prime minister Indria Gandhi in her office. The aim of the thesis is to describe development of situation of three areas as described before between the years 1966 to 1977 show political and diplomatical steps of both Indian and American governments. The conclusion of thesis contains development of these topics till nowadays.
