Motivace a postoje studentů ke studiu u navazujícího magisterského programu Intenzivní péče

Abstract

Diplomová práce řeší problematiku percepce kvality studia u současných i bývalých studentů navazujícího magisterského programu Intenzivní péče (NMgr. IP) na 1. lékařské fakultě Univerzity Karlovy (1. LF UK) ve vztahu k jejich motivaci a postojům. Je zpracovaná ve dvou částech v rámci zadaného tématu diplomové práce motivace a postoje studentů ke studiu u NMgr. IP na 1. LF UK. Úvod do problematiky je zaměřený na motivaci a postoje ke studiu, kvalifikační, specializační, celoživotní a vysokoškolské vzdělávání, na přehled možností vzdělávaní v oboru Intenzivní péče, na kompetence a jejich srovnání u všeobecné sestry a sestry pro intenzivní péči. Výzkumná část práce je věnovaná zkoumání percepce kvality studia u studentů a absolventů NMgr. IP na 1. LF UK ve spojitosti s dalšími aspekty. Obsahuje aplikovaný empirický kvantitativní výzkum, který byl realizovaný metodou anonymního online dotazníku zasílaného přes e-mail. Získaná data byla analyzována matematickou statistikou a jsou prezentována v grafech a tabulkách. Do výzkumu se zapojilo 22 ze 44 studentů 1. a 2. ročníku a 26 z 87 oslovených absolventů NMgr. IP na 1.LF UK. Celkem tvořilo výzkumný soubor 48 respondentů. Z výsledků výzkumu jasně vyplývá, že studium je vnímané pozitivně z důvodu vysokého přínosu pro každého studenta v profesní oblasti....

The thesis deals with the perception of the education's quality of the master's degree program of Intensive Care (NMgr. IC) at the 1st Medical Faculty of Charles University (1st LF UK) of current and former students towards their motivation and attitudes. It is processed in two parts within the specified topic of the thesis motivation and attitudes of students to study in NMgr. IC at the 1st LF UK. Introduction to the topic is focused on motivation and attitudes to study, qualification, specialization, continuous and higher education, to the list of educational opportunities in the field of intensive care, the competencies and their comparison with nurses and nurses in intensive care. The research is devoted to explore the perception of the education's quality for students and graduates of NMgr. IC at the 1st LF UK in conjunction with other aspects. It contains the empirical quantitative research, which was carried out by an anonymous online questionnaire distributed via e-mail. The obtained data were analyzed by mathematical statistics and are presented in graphs or tables.
