Vývoj vzdělávání v anesteziologii, resuscitaci a intenzivní péči.

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá vývojem vzdělávání v anesteziologii, resuscitaci a intenzivní péči v České republice. Dílčím cílem této historicko-teoretické diplomové práce je zmapovat specializační vzdělávání v oboru Intenzivní péče od jeho kořenů až do současnosti. V úvodu diplomové práce je popsán vývoj oboru anesteziologie, resuscitace a intenzivní péče, taktéž jsou zde uvedeny informace o práci sester, včetně jejich kompetencí v tomto oboru před oficiálním zavedením specializačního studia. Následující kapitoly jsou věnovány popisu specializačního vzdělávání od roku 1971 do roku 2013. Každá z těchto kapitol je zakončena výčtem kompetencí sester, které jsou následně porovnány. Součástí diplomové práce je komparace specializačního studia od roku 1971 do roku 2013. Diplomová práce se taktéž zabývá vývojem oboru zdravotnický záchranář a informuje o dnešních možnostech specializace v intenzivní péči včetně vysokoškolských specializačních oborů a jejich porovnání.

This thesis deals with the development of education in anesthesiology and intensive care in the Czech Republic. The operational objective of the historical-theoretical thesis is to explore specialized education in the field of intensive care from its roots to the present. At the beginning of the thesis describes the development of the field of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care, also are given information about the work of nurses, including their competencies in this field before the official introduction of specialized study. The following chapters are devoted specialized education from 1971 to 2013. Each of these chapters ends with a list of competencies of nurses, which are then compared. The thesis is the comparison of specialized study from 1971 to 2013. The thesis also deals with the development of the field paramedic and informs about current possibilities of specialization in intensive care and specialization at universities with their comparison.
