Abstract

Bakalářská práce "Dějiny duše v českých překladech a dílo českých autorů o sv. Terezii z Lisieux ve 20.stol." pojednává o jednom ze stěžejních děl sv. Terezie "Dějiny duše" (Autobiografické spisy) a jeho cestě k českému čtenáři ve 20. stol. Přibližuje nám jeho poselství a hledá odpovědi na otázky, kdy a kolikrát u nás toto dílo vyšlo, kdo jej přeložil a jaké jsou rozdíly mezi jednotlivými vydáními. Práce přináší také představení a reflexi díla samotných českých autorů. Zabývá se tím, jak obohatili odkaz této světice a na kolik mohou být přínosem také modernímu čtenáři na jeho duchovní cestě.

The bachelor thesis "The Story of a Soul in Czech translations and works of Czech authors on St. Therese of Lisieux in the 20th century" discusses one of the key works of St. Therese, The Story od a Soul, and its way to Czech revers in the 20th century. In the thesis, the message of the work is exposed and the different Czech editions of the work studied and compared. The thesis also considers and reflects upon works of Czech authors on the topic. The aim is to anter the guestion in chat way the legasy of the saint was enriched and in how far the modern works can be beneficial to the modern revers on thein spiritual journey.
