Harmonizace pracovního a rodinného života matek samoživitelek

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na harmonizaci pracovního a rodinného života matek samoživitelek s dětmi v předškolním věku. Vzhledem k měnícímu se rodinnému chování, které vede také k zvýšení počtu neúplných rodin, a vzhledem k tomu, že převážnou většinu neúplných rodin tvoří matka žijící s alespoň jedním nezletilým dítětem, zabývá se tato práce právě matkami samoživitelkami. Harmonizace práce a péče je navíc pro matky odlišná, mají- li dítě v předškolním nebo školním věku. S ohledem na tuto skutečnost a na problémy při zařazování dětí do mateřských škol se věnuje pouze samoživitelkám s předškolními dětmi. V práci jsou využita tři teoretická východiska, kterými je feminizace chudoby, dětská chudoba a teorie ekonomie rodiny. Skrze tyto tři východiska práce popisuje změny v rodinném chování, právní rámec samoživitelství a problémy s ním spojené, jako také nástroje podporující harmonizaci pracovního a rodinného života. K naplnění těchto cílů bylo použito sekundárních dat. Dále práce zkoumá strategie matek samoživitelek a jejich problémy při slaďování práce s péče o dítě, k čemuž bylo využito primárních dat z kvalitativního výzkumu. This thesis focuses on the harmonization of work and family life of single mothers with preschool children. Due to the many changes in family behavior which also leads to the increasing numbers of single-parent families and due to hte fact that in the vast majority of single-parent families constitute a mother living with at least one minor child, this thesis deals with single mothers. The harmonization of work and child care is also different for mothers with preschool or school age child. Considering this fact and the problems with giving children to nursery schools this thesis pursues only single mothers with preschool age child. In the thesis there are used three theoretiocal basis which are feminization of poverty, child poverty and the theory of family economics. Through these theoretical basis this thesis describes the changes in family behavior, legal framework of single parenting and problems associated with single parenting, as well as the instruments for support of harmonization of work and family life. To achieve these objectives secondery data was used.
