Analýza vybraných činností bez míče ve volejbalu u specializace smečařka

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na herní činnosti bez míče u specializace smečařka ve vrcholovém volejbale. Rozebírány jsou situace jak z oblasti útoku, tak z oblasti obrany, a to vždy do momentu kontaktu smečařky s míčem, nebo bezprostředně po něm. Všechny zmíněné situace se týkají hráček přední řady útočící či bránící míč na síti a budou rozebrány na základě video sekvencí pomocí počítačového programu DartFish. V první teoretické části se čtenář seznamuje s volejbalem jako míčovou hrou a jsou mu stručně představeny všechny herní činnosti jednotlivce. Více se v této části dozvídá o technice útočného úderu a blokování. Nechybí také poznatky o charakteristice smečařky a její práci z pohledu vrcholového volejbalu. Výzkumná část analyzuje jednotlivé pohyby smečařky na síti, která není v kontaktu s míčem. Analýza se týká vzdáleností při přesunu, rychlosti přesunu, výšky výskoku, dosahu paží na bloku i při útočném úderu a dalších. Na základě těchto analýz jsou vypracovány závěry, kde jsou zhodnoceny výsledky a porovnány v jednotlivých herních situacích. This bachelor thesis refers to game actions, without the ball, by the specialized position of smasher in top-rate volleyball. Situations are analysed from both offensive and defensive areas and they are considered until the moment of smasher's contact with the ball, or immediately afterwards. All situations mentioned above concern players of the first line that are smashing or defending the ball at the net. The analysis of such situations will be delivered on the basis of video sequences using the computer programme DartFish. In the first theoretical part the reader is familiarized with volleyball as a ball game itself, briefly introducing all individual game actions. Additional to this more information about the techniques of offensive striking and blocking is given. Finally, the knowledge of the smasher's properties and her role from the point of view of top- rate volleyball is described. The Research part analyses the individual motions of a smasher at the net who is not in contact with the ball. The analysis concerns the distances and speed at the time of movement, height of jumps, arms' distance while blocking and striking etc. Based on these analyses conclusions are made, where results are evaluated and compared in individual game situations.
