La philosophie pratique d'Henri Bergson

Abstract

The aim of this dissertation is to study the dimension of Bergson's philosophy that is concerned with the concept of life. More specifically, we intend to research the practical subject is related to epistemology and theory of nature, why talk about « practical philosophy », knowing that usually, in the philosophical tradition, this expression designates the field responsible for moral/ethical/political/axiological questions not about the nature or the living, but about the man? This intentional choice reveals in itself exactly the idea that we want to show: the practical problems, in all its magnitude, has to be seen from the perspective of life and of living beings. Résumé Notre recherche prétend étudier la dimension de la philosophie bergsonienne dédiée au thème de la vie. Plus particulièrement, c'est sur une philosophie pratique que se forme autour d'une philosophie de la vie dans la pensée bergsonienne le sujet de notre recherche. Mais s'il s'agit d'un problème relatif à la connaissance de la nature, pourquoi nous avons utilisé le mot pratique, qui désigne surtout, dans la tradition philosophique, le domaine morale/éthique/politique/axiologique non de la nature ou du vivant, mais de l'homme? Ce choix délibéré révèle justement que les problèmes pratiques, dans toute son amplitude, doivent être envisagés depuis le point de vue du vivant.
