Abstract

NÁZEV: Profesní kompetence učitele. Komunikace učitele ve smyslu informování, reportování, administrace. AUTOR: Ilona Bártová KATEDRA (ÚSTAV) Katedra školského managementu VEDOUCÍ PRÁCE: PhDr. Jan Voda, Ph.D. ABSTRAKT: Bakalářská práce se zabývá kompetencemi učitele, konkrétně komunikací, jak učitelé v profesním kontextu komunikují ve smyslu reportování, informování, administrace. Teoretická část pojednává o kompetencích učitele, o classroom managementu, jaký je vztah classroom managementu a school managementu. Podrobněji se věnuji jedné kompetenci učitele a tou je komunikace ve smyslu informování, reportování, administrace. Ve druhé části se píše o výzkumu. Jakou jsem použila metodu výzkumu, jak je výzkum realizován. Cílem výzkumu je analyzovat, zpřehlednit a popsat, jak učitelé komunikují uvnitř organizace i směrem ven ze školy. S kým nejčastěji, jakým způsobem, jaká jsou úskalí jejich komunikace. Přesněji řečeno, zmapování komunikace učitele ve smyslu informování, reportování a administrace. Výzkum byl deskriptivní, kvalitativní. Oslovila jsem 3 učitelky z mateřské školy a 3 učitelky ze základní školy. Proběhlo interview, kde paní učitelky nejprve sdělily, co si představují pod pojmem informování, reportování a administrace. I deal with one teacher's competence in detail -mainly the communication in terms of informing, reporting, and administration. In the second part I write about the research and the method which was carried out. The aim of the research is to analyze, clarify, describe how teachers communicate within the organization and outside the school. Who do they communicate with most frequently, in which way, and what are the pitfalls of communication. More precisely it is about the teachers' communication mapping in terms of information, reporting and administration. The research was descriptive, qualitative.
