Abstract

Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou mnohočetná poranění nervů v úrovni ramene a paže Cíle: Hlavním cílem této práce je shrnutí teoretických poznatků o periferních nervových lézích v oblasti ramene a paže a vypracování kazuistiky péče o pacienta s touto diagnózou. Metody: Tato práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. První obecná část je věnována shrnutí teoretických poznatků a vědomostí týkajících se anatomických, kineziologických, fyziologických a patofyziologických aspektů tohoto onemocnění a jsou zde nastíněny některé možnosti vyšetření a terapie. Ve druhé, praktické, části je detailně zpracována kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s danou diagnózou. Tato část byla vypracována na základě souvislé odborné praxe v Nemocnici Na Bulovce v termínu od 19. ledna do 13. února 2015. Je zde uveden podrobný vstupní i výstupní kineziologický rozbor, rozepsány jednotlivé terapeutické jednotky a sepsáno zhodnocení efektu terapie. Výsledky: U pacienta došlo ke zlepšení aktivní hybnosti ramenního kloubu ve všech směrech, zvýšení síly příslušných svalů a především ke zlepšení koordinačních schopností a volní motoriky pacientovy horní končetiny. Title: This case study of the physiotherapy care of a patient with multiple injuries of nerves in the shoulder and arm Objectives: The main objective of this paper is to summarize the theoretical knowledge about the peripheral nerve lesions in the shoulder and arm, and the development of the case studies of care for patients with this diagnosis. Methods: This work is divided into two main parts. The first part is devoted to a general summary of theoretical knowledge concerning anatomical, kinesiological, physiological and pathophysiological aspects of this disease and there are outlined some options for its examination and its treatment. In the second practical part is a detailed case report of physiotherapy care of patients with a given diagnosis. This section has been prepared on the basis of practice in the hospital Nemocnice Na Bulovce in the period from 19 January to 13 February 2015. There are a detailed input and output kinesiology analysis, itemized individual therapeutic units and drafted the effect of therapy. Results: The patient improved active movement of the shoulder joint in all directions increased the strength of the relevant muscles and especially improved coordination skills and volitional motor activity of his upper limb.
