Abstract

Název práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacientku s diagnózou stav po fraktuře distálního radia Cíl práce: Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Část obecnou a část speciální. Cílem části obecné bylo seznámit se s problematikou zlomeniny distální části rádia a její odbornou tématikou. V části speciální bylo cílem zpracovat kazuistiku pacientky s danou diagnózou a následná aplikace fyzioterapeutických metod a sledování jejich výsledků. Metodika práce: Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá léčbou pacientky po zlomenině distálního konce radia. V obecné části je popis anatomické struktury předloktí a ruky, kineziologie, jednotlivé úchopy, traumatologie - zlomeniny a jejich léčba, mechanismem vzniku, komplikacím. Dále se v práci věnuji vhodné fyzioterapeutické léčbě a na závěr fyzikální terapii. Část speciální je psána formou kazuistiky. Po vstupním kineziologickém vyšetření je popsán cíl terapie, dlouhodobý i krátkodobý plán, průběh jednotlivých terapeutických jednotek a na závěr výstupní kineziologické vyšetření se zhodnocením efektu terapie. Výsledky: Během terapie došlo k mnoha změnám k lepšímu a to především v posunlivosti a protažitelnosti měkkých tkání, dále došlo k obnově joint play, zvýšení rozsahu pohybu a ke zlepšení jemné motoriky ruky. Methodics: This work is focused on the treatment of patients after fracture of the distal part of the radius. In the general part is description of the anatomy of the forearm and hand, kinesiology, grips, traumatology - fractures and their treatment, mechanism, complications. I devote appropriate physiotherapy treatment and at the end of physical therapy. Part of the special is written in the form of casuistry studies. After the initial kinesiological testing is described goal of therapy, long-term and short-term plan, the progress of individual therapeutic units and finally output kinesiology examination with evaluation of the effect of therapy.
