Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou lumboischialgický syndom

Abstract

Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou lumboischialgický syndom (G54.4). Cíl: Cílem této práce bylo nastínit problematiku četně se vyskytujícího lumboischialgického syndromu s poruchou nervového kořene a přiblížit způsoby léčby tohoto onemocnění. Druhá část se věnovala konkrétnímu pacientovi s touto problematikou a záměrem bylo vypracovat kazuistiku fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta a zhodnotit efekt terapií. Metody: V teoretické části práce je rozepsána problematika lumboischialgického syndromu, jeho příčin a projevů, diagnostiky, vyšetření a konzervativní i operační léčby tohoto onemocnění. Druhá, speciální část bakalářské práce je konkrétní kazuistikou pacienta s lumboischialgickým syndromem a obsahuje vyšetření fyzioterapeutem, terapii a zhodnocení efektu terapie. Tato kazuistika byla vytvořena v návaznosti na absolvovanou klinickou praxi v Oblastní nemocnici Kladno v období od 20. 1. 2014 do 14. 2. 2014. Výsledky: Po absolvovaných terapiích nebylo dosaženo výrazného zlepšení a lékařský tým zhodnotil stav pacienta jako indikující k operačnímu řešení. Nicméně pacientovi terapie ulevovaly od bolesti, která byla především ráno velmi intenzivní, a došlo k relaxaci některých hypertonických svalů dolních končetin. Title: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of the patient with the diagnosis of lumboischialgic syndrome (G54.4). Objective: The main target of this bachelor's thesis was to take up with the issue of the frequent lumboischialgic syndrome with radiculopathy and to outline the possibilities of its treatment. The other part was occupied with particular patient and target was the elaboration of the case study of the patient with this diagnose, followed by the appraisal of the therapy's effect. . Methods: In the general part is concerned with the lumboischialgic syndrome issue, namely with its causes and symptoms, manifestations, methods of examination and a both conservative and surgery treatment of this disease. The second, special section of this bachelor thesis is focused on the individual patient with lumboischialgic syndrome and includes the examination realized by physiotherapist, physiotheapy assesment, subsequent therapy and the final effect of it. Results: The results of the physiotherapeutic care of the patient were observed not to be substantial positive in objective (clinical) and subjective way and medical staff (doctors) evaluated patient's condition as indication to surgery.
