Řešení problematiky bezdomovectví na území hl.m. Prahy - stačí současná záchranná sociální síť?

Abstract

Obsahem bakalářské práce je řešení problematiky osob bez domova z hlediska poskytování sociálních služeb v Praze. V teoretické části je obecně popsána problematika bezdomovectví, v rámci toho je popsán současný model poskytovaných služeb, následně zmiňuji organizace, které poskytují služby pro lidi bez domova na území Prahy z hlediska nestátního sektoru, dále popsána pomoc z hlediska státní správy. V další části práce jsou zmíněné 2 koncepce, které jsou zaměřené na řešení problematiky bezdomovectví a jak jsou koncepce v současné době naplňovány. Potřeba je zmínit i zahraniční zkušenosti v rámci tohoto problému. Důležitou kapitolou je mezioborová spolupráce, jelikož pomoc lidem bez domova nespočívá pouze v poskytnutí ambulantních služeb jako jsou strava, hygiena či ošacení nebo poskytnutí pobytových služeb, ale je potřeba spolupráce i s jinými aktéry jako např. lékaři (psychiatr, zubař, gynekolog), aby mohly být služby poskytovány komplexně a byly schopny reagovat na všechny potřeby lidí bez domova. Výzkumná část mapuje dostatečnost služeb pro osoby bez přístřeší z jejich pohledu a popř. jaké služby na území Prahy postrádají. Cílem výzkumného šetření je zjistit, zda jsou současné služby pro osoby bez přístřeší na území Prahy dostačující, nebo zda je potřeba rozšířit stávající služby a popř. dále...

The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of people without a regular dwelling in terms of social service administration in Prague. The theoretical part of the thesis consists of a general description of homelessness and explanation of the current model of provided services. It also mentions non-governmental organizations providing social care for the homeless in Prague and describes the help from the state administration. The next part explores 2 conceptions focused on tackling homelessness and discusses how they are currently met. It was also necessary to mention foreign experience of solving this problem. Interdisciplinary cooperation is an important chapter because homeless care is not only based on the provision of outpatient services, such as food, hygiene, clothing, or on the provision of residential services. Cooperation with other actors such as physicians (psychiatrists, dentists, gynecologists) is also necessary for the services to be provided comprehensively and to be able to respond to all the needs of the homeless. The research part maps the sufficiency of the services for the homeless people from their point of view and tries to find out what services they lack in Prague.
