Prožívání schizofrenní poruchy a pobytu na psychiatrickém oddělení

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se věnuje subjektivnímu prožívání čtyř respondentů v akutní fázi paranoidní schizofrenie a jejich spokojenosti s léčbou a náplni času při hospitalizaci na jednom z oddělení psychiatrické nemocnice v Bohnicích. Byla zjištěna převážná spokojenost s péči personálu daného oddělení. Zároveň se ale objevila i mírná kritika oddělení jiných, především uzavřených. Co se týká prožívání akutní fáze nemoci, na povrch vystoupily různé existenční problémy, obavy, zmatené a zvláštní myšlení, i vztahové problémy v okruhu blízkých osob. Přínosem práce je poukázání na možnost lepšího začlenění pacientů do spolupráce při léčení a to skrze jejich vlastní chápání své nemoci a uchopení jejich prožitků. První část práce vymezuje koncept schizofrenie z různých teoretických úhlů pohledů, které se spíše doplňují, než že by stály proti sobě. Je zde uveden psychiatrický základ znalostí o dané poruše, psychologické aspekty z pohledů psychodynamických teoretiků a praktiků, neuro-kognitivní hledisko problematiky filtrace příjmu informací a nakonec možné vývojově- sociální spouštěče onemocnění. Dále práce obsahuje teoretické uchopení prožívání a prožitku a možností léčby schizofrenie při hospitalizaci i mimo ni. This bachelor thesis deals with a subjective experiencing of four respondents at acute stage of paranoid schizophrenia and their satisfaction with a treatment and content of time during hospitalization at one of the departments of psychiatry in the Bohnice hospital. It was found out that patients were most satisfied with a care of department's staff. However, a moderate criticism of different departments appeared as well. It was especially criticism of departments with restricted access. As far as experiencing the acute stage of the disorder is concerned, various existential problems, fears, chaotic and odd thinking as well as problems concerning relationships with close people appeared to be related to the disorder itself. The contribution of the thesis is that it points out a possibility of better integration of patients into a cooperation during the treatment through their own understanding of their disease and understanding of their experience. The first part of the thesis defines a concept of schizophrenia from different theoretical points of view which complement one another rather than being in opposition.
