Obchodovanie s akciami na burzových trhoch v ČR

Abstract

Existencia kapitálového trhu a samozrejme aj trhu s akciami je neodmysliteľnou súčasťou každej trhovej ekonomiky. Možnosti obchodovania na tomto trhu ponúkajú zaujímavé príležitosti pre investorov aj podnikateľov, tie však v Českej republike prežívajú dlhoročný negatívny vývoj a príležitosti tak ostávajú nevyužité. Namiesto toho sa potenciálny investori aj podnikateľské subjekty orientujú na menej výhodné produkty rôznych finančných inštitúcií, v ktorých zrejme vidia menšie riziko. Diplomová práca pozostáva z troch hlavných častí. Prvá časť má za úlohu stručne uviesť čitateľa do problematiky finančných trhov, popisuje účastníkov, vzťahy medzi nimi a právnu úpravu tejto oblasti. Druhá časť popisuje investovanie a jeho formy, akcie ako investičný nástroj a skúma možnosti zapojenia investorov do akciových trhov. Snaží sa poukázať na trend zjednodušenia prístupu k investovaniu. Tretia časť popisuje burzové prostredie v Českej republike z hľadiska súčasnosti aj historického vývoja. Záver následne sumarizuje zistené poznatky o možnostiach investovania a obsahuje niekoľko návrhov, ktoré by mohli pomôcť zlepšiť a zatraktívniť obchodovanie s akciami na burzových trhoch v Českej republike.

Existence of capital market and of course stock market as well is an inseparable part of each market economy. Possibility to trade on this markets offers interresting opportunities for investors and entrepreneurs, but this opportunities in Czech republic are going through a long-time negative evolution and therefore remain underused. Potential investors and entrepreneurial subjects concetrate on less favourable products of various financial institutions instead, because they probably see less risk in it. This diploma thesis consists of three main parts. The first one is assigned to briefly introduce the reader to issues of financial market, describes the parties, relations between them and legislation of this field. The second part describes investing and its forms, stocks as investment instrument and explores possibilities for investors to get involved in stock market. It tries to point out the trend of simplification of acces to investments. The third part describes the stock exchange environment in Czech republic from the point of wiev of today and historical development. The closing part accumulates ascertained findings about possibilities of investing and includes a few suggestions, that could help improve and make more attractive the stock trading on stock exchanges in Czech Republic.
