Evropský rok aktivního stárnutí a mezigenerační solidarity 2012 v České republice a Německu

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce Evropský rok aktivního stárnutí a mezigenerační solidarity 2012 v České republice a Německu je popsat a porovnat přístup těchto dvou zemí ke jmenované iniciativě Evropské unie. Společnost se stále více musí potýkat s dopady demografického stárnutí, které ovlivňuje nejen samotné seniory, ale i ostatní členy populace. Zasahuje jak do ekonomiky, tak i do života větších či menších komunit. Nadnárodní organizace věnují této problematice velkou pozornost. Výjimkou není ani Evropská unie, která iniciuje nejrůznější akce za účelem plnění nastavených cílů pro členské země. Jednou z nejvýraznějších byl Evropský rok aktivního stárnutí a mezigenerační solidarity 2012. Autorka se zaměřuje na srovnání postojů těchto dvou sousedních zemí, tzn. především na konkrétní vytyčené cíle a opatření, za pomoci kterých by se tyto cíle měly naplnit, to vše v souladu s Evropskou unií. Odhaluje tak nejen rozdíly, které lze mezi Českou republikou a Německem v tomto ohledu najít, ale i jisté společné prvky. Součástí této práce je i popis vlivu evropeizace, o které se v poslední době mluví stále častěji v souvislosti s evropskými integračními procesy.

The aim of thesis European Year for Active Ageing and Solidarity between Generations 2012 in Czech Republic and Germany is to describe and compare the approach of these two countries to the said initiative of the European Union. The society increasingly has to deal with the effects of demographic aging, which affects not only the seniors, but also other members of the population. It affects both the economy and life in larger or smaller communities. International organizations devote a lot of attention to this issue. The European Union is not an exception. It initiates various actions in order to accomplish set targets for member countries. One of the most prominent was the European Year for Active Ageing and Solidarity between Generations 2012. Author focuses on the comparison of positions between the two neighboring countries, ie. mainly to set out specific objectives and measures, which would help these goals were fulfilled, all in accordance with the European Union. It reveals not only differences which may be between the Czech Republic and Germany in this regard to find, but also some common elements. Part of this work is the description of the impact of Europeanization, which has recently been talking more and more often in the context of the European integration process.
