Manažerská a evidenční prostředí školy

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na oblast využití školních informačních systémů u evidenčních, edukačních a manažerských aktivit školy. Je zpracována na základě analýzy právních předpisů a zmapování používaných softwarových prostředí pro podporu evidenčních, edukačních a manažerských aktivit škol. Výzkumná část práce se zabývá analýzou školních informačních systémů používaných základními a středními školami v České republice. Práce obsahuje komplexní přehled právních přepisů vztahujících se k evidenčním aktivitám škol a popisuje funkce jednotlivých školních informačních systémů. V práci jsou porovnány možnosti jejich využití pro evidenční, edukační a manažerské aktivity školy. V závěru práce jsou na základě zpracované kriteriální analýzy navrženy možnosti vhodných řešení v návaznosti na velikost, typ školy a stupeň poskytovaného vzdělávání a s ohledem na efektivní využívání informačních a komunikačních technologií pro řízení a chod školy. The present bachelor thesis focuses on the sphere of utilization of school information systems for registration and record keeping, education and management activities of the school. It has been prepared on the basis of an analysis of legal regulations and a research of software environments used for support of the registration and record keeping, education and management activities performed by schools. The research part of the thesis analyses school information systems used by elementary and high schools in the Czech Republic. The thesis contains a complex overview of legal regulations applicable to registration and record keeping activities of schools and describes functions of the individual school information systems. It also compares possibilities for using such systems for registration and record keeping, education and management activities of the school. In the final part of the thesis, having performed a criteria analysis, I have suggested possibilities for suitable solutions depending on the type of the school, its size and the degree of education offered, with respect to efficient use of information and communication technology for school management, administration and operation.
