Informovanost dospívajících o problematice deprese

Abstract

v ČJ: Bakalářská práce má teoreticko-empirický charakter. Teoretická část je věnována charakteristice období dospívání, kde jsou zahrnuty vývojové aspekty, význam edukace u adolescentů, u duševně nemocných a oblasti intervence u rizikových adolescentů. Dále jsou uvedeny typy deprese u adolescentů, rizikové faktory, příznaky, diagnostika a léčba deprese. Poslední kapitola teoretické části se zaměřuje na nebezpečí sebevražd u adolescentů, kde jsou zahrnuty varovné signály a preventivní opatření. Cílem empirické části je zjistit, zda jsou adolescenti informováni o problematice deprese v dospívajícím věku. Pro výzkumné šetření byla použita kvantitativní metoda pomocí dotazníku vlastní konstrukce. Šetření se zúčastnily tři střední odborné školy v Praze. Výzkumný vzorek tvořilo 214 respondentů, dívky v počtu 96 a chlapci v počtu 118. I když přes 79% dotazovaných odpovědělo, že o depresi v dospívajícím věku ví, z ostatních odpovědí vyplývá, že jejich informovanost je nedostatečná. V závěru empirické části je uvedena diskuze nad danou problematikou a doporučení pro praxi. Klíčová slova: adolescence, deprese, edukace, intervence, sebevražda, prevence

v AJ: The bachelor's thesis has theoretical and empirical character. The theoretical part is devoted to characteristics of adolescence, which are included aspects of evolution, the importance of education for adolescents, the mentally ill patients and areas of intervention in high-risk adolescents. Furthermore, they are listed the types of depression in adolescents, risk factors, symptoms, diagnosis and treatment of depression. The last chapter of this theoretical part focuses on the danger of suicide among adolescents, which are included the warning signals and preventive measures. The goal of the empirical part is finding whether adolescents are informed about the issue of depression in the adolescent age. The research survey was used quantitative method using a questionnaire by my own design. This survey was answered by three vocational high schools in Prague. The research sample consisted of 214 respondents, girls in the number of 96 and boys in the number of 118. Although over 79 % of the respondents answered that the depressions in the adolescent age know, of other responses it is clear that their awareness is insufficient.
