Abstract

NÁZEV: EFEKTIVNÍ KOMUNIKACE SLOUČENÝCH PRACOVIŠŤ MATEŘSKÝCH ŠKOL AUTOR: Květa Voržáčková KATEDRA: Centrum školského managementu VEDOUCÍ PRÁCE: PhDr. Romana Lisnerová ABSTRAKT: Závěrečná práce se zabývá srovnáním důležitostí jednotlivých faktorů efektivní komunikace pro sloučená pracoviště mateřských škol. Teoretická část popisuje komunikaci v organizaci obecně, vliv interní komunikace na výkonnost organizace a možné překážky. Dále se zabývá faktory efektivní komunikace v organizaci a vlivy jednotlivých prvků na interní komunikaci. Vzhledem k účelu studie a důvěryhodnosti výsledků byla využita při výzkumné strategii kombinace kvantitativní a kvalitativní metody. Pomocí dat získaných při kvantitativním dotazníkovém šetření byla zjištěna míra zastoupení faktorů efektivní komunikace ve sloučených mateřských školách. V následném kvalitativním výzkumu byly pomocí analýzy rozhovorů srovnány vlivy faktorů na efektivní interní komunikace v tomto specifickém prostředí. Závěr práce vyplývá z výzkumného šetření. Výsledky výzkumu mohou přispět k orientaci v interní komunikaci pracovišť integrovaných mateřských škol. Získané poznatky přináší možnost zařazení primárních prvků efektivní komunikace při tvorbě strategického rozvoje sloučené školy. TITLE: EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION OF THE MERGED DEPARTMENTS OF PARENT EDUCATION AUTHOR: Květa Voržáčková DEPARTMENT: Education Management Center SUPERVISOR: PhDr. Romana Lisnerová ABSTRACT: Final work compares the importance of the various factors of effective communication for merging workplace nurseries. The theoretical part describes communication in organizations in general , the impact of internal communication on organizational performance and possible obstacles. It also deals with factors of effective communication in an organization and the effects of various elements on internal communication. Due to purpose of the study and the credibility of the results there were used quantitative and qualitative methods during the research strategy. Using the data obtained in the quantitative questionnaire survey there was observed the level of representation of the factors of effective communication in the merged kindergartens. In the subsequent qualitative research there were compared, using analysis of interviews, the effects of factors on the effective internal communication in this specific environment. The conclusion follows the work of the research. The research results may contribute to the orientation in the internal communication of the departments of integrated kindergartens.
