Abstract

NÁZEV: Sociální klima školní třídy AUTOR: Jiří Ondráček KATEDRA: Katedra pedagogiky, Pedagogická fakulta Univerzity Karlovy VEDOUCÍ PRÁCE: PhDr. Marie Linková, Ph.D. ABSTRAKT: Předmětem práce je sociální klima školní třídy. V teoretické části se zabývá vymezením pojmů klima třídy, atmosféra třídy, prostředí třídy. Důležitým prvkem práce je samotné klima třídy, jeho typologie, jeho tvůrci a všichni, kteří klima ve třídě ovlivňují. Velká část práce je věnována právě skutečnostem, které nejvíce klima vytvářejí. Obecně všem učitelům, konkrétněji třídním učitelům, ale také žákům samotným a rodičům. Praktická část je zaměřena na výzkum klimatu ve školní třídě. Porovnává pohled na klima třídy ze strany učitelů a žáků, srovnává klima třídy v malé škole, ve velké městské škole a soukromé sportovní škole. A v neposlední řadě přináší i srovnání pohledu na klima ve třídě ze strany dívek a chlapců. Hlavním cílem práce je právě pomocí dotazníku MCI (My Class Inventory) Naše třída dokázat jednotlivé shody či odlišnosti vnímání klimatu třídy z výše zmiňovaných hledisek. Výzkumu se zúčastnilo 61 žáků šestých ročníků tří různých typů škol (včetně jejich třídních učitelů). The theoretical part focuses on defining terms as class climate, class atmosphere, and class environment. An important element of the thesis is climate of the class, its typology, creators and everyone affecting the class climate. Large part of the thesis is dedicated to factors creating class climate. In general to all the teachers, more specifically class teachers, but also pupils themselves and their parents. Practical part of the thesis is focused on research of class climate. It compares the picture of the class climate from different points of view, the teachers' and pupils' points of view. It compares class climate in a small school, large town school and a private sports school. Last, but not least it brings a comparison of view on the class climate from the point of view of boys and girls.
