Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou whiplash injury

Abstract

Title Case report physiotherapy care for a patient with a diagnosis of whiplash injury. Objective The aim of my thesis is to gain theoretical knowledge of whiplash injury, related relationships in the cervical spine and physiotherapeutic approaches used in this diagnosis. In the special part was the aim of producing case studies of selected patient with a diagnosis of whiplash injury during my month work placements in the Regional Hospital Kladno, as Summary The general part of the thesis contains theoretical knowledge of kinesiology cervical spine of injury, soft tissue status and therapeutic approach for whiplash injury. The practical part includes a case report of a patient with a whiplash injury. Key words Whiplash injury, neck pain, stretching the soft tissues of the neck, rehabilitation.

Název práce Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou whiplash injury. Cíl práce Cílem mé bakalářské práce je získání teoretických poznatků o whiplash injury, souvisejících vztazích v krční páteři a fyzioterapeutických přístupech používaných u této diagnózy. Ve speciální části bylo cílem vypracování kazuistiky vybraného pacienta s diagnózou whiplash injury během mé měsíční souvislé odborné praxe v Oblastní nemocnici Kladno, a.s. Souhrn Obecná část bakalářské práce obsahuje teoretické poznatky o kineziologii krční páteře, vzniku poranění, stavu měkkých tkání a terapeutickém přístupu u whiplash injury. Praktická část zahrnuje kazuistiku pacienta s whiplash injury. Klíčová slova Whiplash injury, bolesti krční páteře, natažení měkkých tkání krku, rehabilitace.
