Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou stav po fraktuře distálního radia

Abstract

Title: Case study of physioterapy treatment of a patient with the diagnosis of the fracture of the distal radius Goals: The goal of the first part is to summerize theoretical information, to peruse sources of the fracture of the distal radius, the frequency of occurrence of fracture, methods of treatment of this injury and therapeutic methods and procedures physical therapy. A second part is prepared on the basis of case studies of a patient. There is also an application of my choice of therapeutic methods and techniques which I used in therapy. Methodics: This work is focused on physiotherapy treatment of patients with the diagnosis of fracture of the distal radius. In the general part are theoretical knowledge of anatomy and functional kinesiology of antebrachium and hand. Then I describe the fractures of the distal antebrachium, mechanism of injury, their treatment, complications, physiotherapeutic methods and procedures of physical therapy. The practical part is the describing the aplication of the theoretical knowledges about the diagnosis. It contains incoming kineziological assessment, goals of therapy, short- and long-term rehabilitation plan. Název práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacientku s diagnózou stav po fraktuře distálního radia. Cíle práce: Cílem obecné části práce bylo teoreticky se seznámit a prostudovat odborné zdroje týkající se zlomeniny distálního radia, výskytu poranění, jeho léčbou a fyzioterapeutickými metodami a postupy. Ve speciální části bylo mým cílem zpracování kazuistiky pacientky s touto diagnózou, aplikace teoretických znalostí fyzioterapeutických metod do praxe a sledování průběhu léčby. Metodika práce: Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na fyzioterapeutickou léčbu pacientky po zlomenině distálního konce radia. V obecné části je popsána anatomická stavba a kineziologie předloktí a ruky, funkce ruky a druhy jednotlivých úchopů. Dále se věnuji problematice zlomenin a traumatologie předloktí, především jeho distální části, mechanismem vzniku, diagnostice, způsobům léčby, komplikacím, fyzioterapeutickým metodám a výběru vhodné fyzikální terapie. Speciální část je sepsána formou kazuistiky pacientky s diagnózou stav po zlomenině distálního radia. Po vstupním kineziologickém vyšetření jsou zde popsány cíle terapie, dlouhodobý a krátkodobý terapeutický plán, průběh jednotlivých terapeutických jednotek, výstupní kineziologické vyšetření a zhodnocení efektu terapie.
