Edukační interakce učitel - žák pohledem učitele

Abstract

Rigorózní práce se zabývá autoevaluací edukační práce učitele, zjišťuje charakteristiky pedagogické interakce a komunikace na základní a střední škole, jak je reflektuje učitel. Přibližuje současné pojetí výchovy a vzdělávání, shrnuje nejdůležitější poznatky o sociální a pedagogické interakci. Popisuje proces sociální komunikace, zabývá se specifiky komunikace pedagogické, věnuje se socioprofesní roli učitele a vztahům mezi učiteli a žáky ve školním prostředí.

This rigorous thesis deals with self-assessment of a teacher's educational work, it looks for characteristics of pedagogical interaction and communication at basic and secondary schools reflected by the teacher. It also introduces current concept of upbringing and education, summarizes the most important facts on social and pedagogical interaction. Further on, the thesis describes the social communication process, deals with particulars of pedagogical communication, with the socio- professional role of the teacher and with the relationships of teachers and pupils in the school environment.
