Genderová analýza webových portálů LGBT komunit v České republice

Abstract

The diploma thesis Gender analysis of LGBT community websites in the Czech Republic focuses on the topic of LGBT communities from a gender point of view. It specifically examines how the LGBT community is represented on websites intended for the LGBT community's members. The original research consists of a qualitative content analysis of websites, which examines the effect of registered partnership on the emancipation of LGBT communities in the Czech Republic. The research focuses on theoretical perspectives regarding the community, political identity, and the construction of sexuality. The diploma thesis takes the assumption that the LGBT community continues to fight for equality in society, and so its aim is to determine what types of goals and activities are presented by individual websites. Diplomová práce Genderová analýza webových portálů LGBT komunit v České republice se zabývá tématem LGBT komunit z genderového hlediska. Konkrétně zkoumá, jak je reprezentována LGBT komunita na webových stránkách určených pro členy ji samotné. Vlastní výzkum se skládá z kvalitativní obsahové analýzy webových portálů, která zkoumá vliv registrovaného partnerství na emancipaci LGBT komunit v České republice. Výzkum je zasazen do rámce teoretických východisek z oblasti komunity, politiky identity a konstrukce sexuality. Diplomová práce vychází z toho, že LGBT komunita stále bojuje o rovnocennost ve společnosti, takže cílem je zjistit, jaké cíle a aktivity zobrazují jednotlivé webové portály.
