Mentoring na školách

Abstract

This thesis describes a method for the introduction of mentoring in schools. Mentoring is presented in this thesis as a possible concept of co-operation of teacher and student. In the theoretical part of thesis are defined pedagogy and didactics as the primary areas in which to carry out basic educational processes in which there is a development of the human personality. Basic educational processes in this thesis are understood as education and training and the primary outcome of these educational processes is competence. The area of education is described by educational targets, principles and forms, resources, processes and activities. The teacher and the student are actors in the educational process. Another area of theoretical part of the work is the definition and description of mentoring as a possible tool in educational practice. Diplomová práce popisuje metodu zavádění mentoringu do školy. Mentoring je v této práci představen jako možná koncepce spolupráce pedagoga a žáka. V teoretické části je vymezena oblast pedagogiky a didaktiky jako primární oblast, kde probíhají základní edukační procesy, ve kterých dochází k rozvíjení osobnosti člověka. Základní edukační procesy v této práci jsou chápány jako výchova a vzdělání a primárním výsledkem těchto edukačních procesů jsou kompetence. Oblast edukace je popsána pomocí edukačních cílů, principů a forem, prostředků, procesů a činností. Aktéry edukačního procesu jsou pedagog a žák. Další oblastí teoretické části práce je vymezení a popis mentoringu jako možného nástroje v edukační praxi.
