Content uniformity, dispersion of the active ingredient, and the content in relation to the declared one was examined. The content of the active ingredient was determined by means of DSC. Hodnocena byla obsahová a hmotnostní proměnlivost, disperze účinné látky a obsah metronidazolu z hlediska deklarovaného množství. Obsah byl stanovován pomocí DSC. Přípravky vyhovovaly testu hmotnostní a obsahové proměnlivosti. Obsah aktivní látky byl nižší než deklarovaná hodnota. | cs_CZ |
