Onemocnění štítné žlázy u těhotných s diabetes mellitus 1. typu

Abstract

Je známo, že autoimunitní onemocnění štítné žlázy v těhotenství a v poporodním období se u žen s diabetes mellitus 1. typu vyskytuje mnohem častěji než v běžné populaci. Obě tato onemocnění mají negativní vliv na vývoj plodu a zdraví matky. Proto je důležitá včasná diagnóza a dobrá kompenzace jak u diabetu, tak u štítné žlázy během těhotenství. Ženy s diabetes mellitus 1. typu by měly svá těhotenství plánovat a vždy by mělo být provedeno základní vyšetření štítné žlázy, stanovení TSH, FT4 a tyreoidálních protilátek

It is known, that autoimmune disease of the thyroid gland during pregnancy and postpartum period is more often in women with diabetes mellitus type 1 than in general population. Both diseases negative influence developing of the foetus and health of the mother. Therefore is important timely diagnosis and good compensation both in diabetes and in thyroid gland. Women with diabetes mellitus type 1 should plan their pregnancy and always should be the thyroid gland investigate, measurement TSH, FT4 and thyroid antibodies.
