Využití moderních komunikačních technologií ve výuce cizího jazyka

Abstract

1 Abstrakt Dizertační práce se pokouší sledovat změny, ke kterým dochází ve výuce cizích jazyků vlivem nástupu nových technologií a s ním spojeným užíváním nových metod a forem výuky. Autorka se zabývá možnostmi využití ICT ve výuce německého jazyka, rozvíjení řečových kompetencí a poslechu s porozuměním, opírá se o mnohaleté zkušenosti s vytvářením výukových on-line kurzů a jejich využitím ve výuce německého jazyka. Teoretická část práce je věnována teoretickým základům eLearningu a popisu on-line kurzů, empirická část se věnuje výzkumu efektivity těchto kurzů. Cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit, jak se odráží využití ICT na výsledcích studentů a zda je výuka s podporou ICT více či alespoň stejně efektivní jako klasická výuka. První on-line kurzy německého jazyka se na Fakultě informatiky a managementu Univerzity Hradec Králové začaly používat již v r. 2002. Tyto on-line kurzy byly od počátku především kurzy doplňkovými, které měly sloužit k zefektivnění studia a domácí přípravy na výuku a ke zjednodušení a zkvalitnění přípravy studentů k zápočtům a zkouškám. Postupně byly vytvořeny kurzy pro kombinovanou formu studia a pro interuniverzitní studium, což jsou skutečné kurzy eLearningové. 1 Abstract The thesis attempts to track changes that occur in foreign language teaching due to the onset of new technologies and the related use of new methods and forms of teaching. The author deals with the possibilities of using ICT in teaching German language, development of language skills and listening comprehension, based on many years of experience in designing educational online courses, and their application in the teaching of the German language. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the theoretical foundations of eLearning and description of on-line courses, the empirical part is devoted to the study of the effectiveness of these courses. The aim of this research was to determine how the use of ICT is reflected in the students' results and whether the teaching with the ICT support is more, or at least as effective as face-to- face teaching. The first online German language courses at the Faculty of Informatics and Management, University of Hradec Králové already started in 2002.
