Zur Stellung und Rolle der Normautorität in den Internetforen. Eine Analyse der Korrekturen im Rahmen der Sprachmanagementtheorie

Abstract

Má diplomová práce se zabývá stavem jazykového standardu němčiny v praxi na základě zkoumání v diskuzních fórech, která se tématu jazyka věnují. Mnou vybraná internetová fóra nabízejí jazykovou pomoc zejména při učení cizího jazyka, v našem případě němčiny, ať už pomocí korektur, či přímých odpovědí na specifické otázky. Východiskem je pro mne teorie jazykového managementu a model sociálního silového pole Ulricha Ammona. K instancím, jež dle Ammona normu určují, jsem zařadila i účastníky diskuzí. Ti často svými korekturami rozhodují, co je standard, a tím tak ovlivňují ty, pro něž němčina mateřským jazykem není. Analýza zkoumá korektury mnou vytvořených modelových textů, které provedli rodilí mluvčí v daných internetových fórech. Za pomoci principů jazykového managementu jsem v komentářích diskutovala s účastníky o provedené či neprovedené korektuře, či té které zvolené variantě. Cílem mé práce je pak sledovat chování normových autorit ve vztahu ke kodifikované normě, zda ji znají a dodržují, a tím i předávají normovým subjektům. Dále se mimo jiné zajímám o to, jaká je jazyková způsobilost těchto účastníků internetových fór, což zjišťuji pomocí dotazníků.

My thesis deals with the status of German language standard and is based on research in the internet discussion sites (internet forums), that deal with the topic of language. The internet forums that I've chosen offer help in learning a foreign language, in our case German. The help is provided either by proofreading or by answering the specific questions. This thesis is based on Ulrich Ammon's model of four social forces and the theory of language management. Next to the instances, which according to Ammon determine the standard, I included the participants of discussion, who decide what is standard too and thereby affect those for whom isn't German the native language. The analysis will be carried out on the basis of the proofreading of model texts. With the help of the language management theory I will discuss with the proofreader in the comments their selected (or not selected) option. The aim of my work is to observe the behavior of normative authority in relation to the codified norm, whether they know and follow it. Furthermore, I am interested in the social background and language abilities of the participants, which I'll find out by using the questionnaires.
