Následná péče pro drogově závislé matky a jejich děti

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je popsat specifickou klientelu programů pro drogově závislé - skupinu žen, respektive matek, které mají v anamnéze užívání návykových látek. S touto skupinou se klientelou v jistém slova smyslu stávají i jejich děti, a to zejména děti předškolního věku. Jedním ze zařízení, které se léčbě těchto žen věnuje, je Středisko prevence a léčby drogových závislostí DROP IN, o.p.s., konkrétně program Centrum pro rodinu. V práci budou představeny nejen možnosti a postupy práce s matkami uživatelkami v původním projektu "Integrace rodiny", ale pozornost bude zaměřena především na nový projekt "Slunečnicová zahrada", který je pojímán nejen jako forma následné péče pro matky, bývalé uživatelky návykových látek, ale rovněž s sebou přináší možnost více se zaměřit na vývoj těchto dětí, které byly v prenatálním období ohroženy užíváním návykových látek jejich matkami, a jejichž vývoj mohl být ovlivněn sociálním prostředím, do kterého se narodily. Budeme se tak zabývat cílovou skupinou žen uživatelek a bývalých uživatelek návykových látek a cílovou skupinou jejich dětí. Rovněž přiblížíme pojem následná péče v drogových službách, kapitola bude věnována vlivu návykových látek na plod a specifickým poruchám učení a chování, jejichž vymezení je pro nás při práci s dětmi důležité znát. The target of this diploma paper is to describe the specific clients of the programmes for drug addicts - the group of women - mothers who have ever used drugs. To work with this target group, that means to work with the target group of their children too. These children are especially in the pre-school age. One of the institutions that provides care for these women is The Centre for Family, which is a part of The Centre for Prevention and Treatment of Drug Dependence DROP In. In this diploma paper we are going to introduce not only possibilities and methods in the former project "Integration of Family", but we are going to focus on the new project "The Sunflowers'Garden". This project is not only the aftercare for mothers, former drug addicts, but also brings possibility how to focus on the children'development.
