Chytilová, Kučera, Krumbachová: Sedmikrásky a Ovoce stromů rajských jíme jako experiment tří autorů

Abstract

(česky) Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tvůrčí součinností režisérky Věry Chytilové s kameramanem Jaroslavem Kučerou a kostýmní výtvarnicí Ester Krumbachovou na filmech Sedmikrásky (1966) a Ovoce stromů rajských jíme (1969). Cílem je odpovědět na otázku, zda je možné určit míru tvůrčího vlivu každého z těchto tvůrců nebo zda se jedná o díla tří rovnocenných autorů. Vzhledem k tomu, že se zvolené filmy vyznačují výraznou výtvarnou stylizací, jež je výsledkem experimentálního přístupu tvůrců k filmové fabuli, formě i způsobu tvorby, sleduje práce právě tendenci experimentovat napříč jednotlivými uměleckými odvětvími a označuje ji za specifický jev československé kultury šedesátých let. Dále popisuje konkrétní proměny umělecké tvorby a představuje, jakým způsobem se projevily ve filmu. Objasňuje podmínky nástupu experimentálních filmových postupů, jež jsou spojovány s filmy nové vlny, který byl, vedle kulturních a společenských proměn, zásadně ovlivněn institucionálním řízením filmové výroby. Následně vymezuje tematické souvislosti a charakteristické stylotvorné prvky tvorby Věry Chytilové, Jaroslava Kučery a Ester Krumbachové, jež přecházela jejich tvůrčí spolupráci. Charakteristické rysy tvorby každého z tvůrců sleduje při analýze filmů Sedmikrásky a Ovoce stromů rajských jíme, která práci uzavírá.

(in English): The following bachelors thesis deals with the creative cooperation of the Czech film director Věra Chytilová with the director of photography Jaroslav Kučera and art director Ester Krumbachová on the films Daisies (1966) and Fruit of Paradise (1969). Its aim is to answer the question if it is possible to distinguish between the contributions of each of the filmmakers or if rather their artwork is a product of three equivalent authors. Both of the films are characteristic for their extreme artistic stylization thanks to the experimental work with plot and film form, and therefore the thesis focuses on this tendency for experimentation as a specific Czechoslovak cultural phenomenon in the sixties and observes it among different art fields at the time. Subsequently it describes the transformation in different artistic approaches and shows their impact on filmmaking. It unravels not only the social and cultural transformations of the time, but also the institutional changes in film production that represent essential conditions for the genesis of the New Wave in Czech cinema and along with it experimental filmmaking. Thereafter it defines the characteristic themes and style of previous works of Věra Chytilová, Jaroslav Kučera and Ester Krumbachová. In the last part it uses these...
