Tyto látky byly následně použity k syntéze Schiffových bází. Hlavním důvodem přípravy těchto látek bylo jejich budoucí využití pro zkoumání vlivu fluorofility na tvorbu iminové vazby a tím zjistit, jaký má fluorofilita vliv na tvorbu stavebních bloků v dynamických kombinatoriálních knihovnách. Perfluoralkylated and trifluormethylated aromatic benzylamines and benzaldehydes were prepared. The compounds were used for Schiff bases sythesis. Future observations with these compounds are planned. The Observations are going to be focused on imine-bond formation and phenomenon of fluorophilicity. Specifically, if fluorophilicity can affect selection of reacting partner in imine-bond formation. This observation could be useful for understanding how fluorophilicity can affect formation of dynamic combinatorial libraries. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
