Abstract

SOUHRN Název Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou syndrom Guillain - Barré. Shrnutí Během souvislé praxe na rehabilitační klinice Malvazinky byla v období od 28. 1. 2013 do 22. 2. 2013 zpracována tato bakalářská práce, jejímž obsahem jsou dvě hlavní části. Obecná část obsahuje teoretické poznatky o onemocnění syndrom Guillain - Barré a všech jeho variant. Speciální část obsahuje kazuistiku pacienta se syndromem Guillain - Barré. Kazuistika zahrnuje vstupní kineziologické vyšetření, na jehož základě byly stanoveny cíle a postup terapie, dále obsahuje popis terapeutických postupů a výstupní kineziologické vyšetření, po kterém byl zhodnocen efekt terapie. Title Case study of physiotherapeutic care of patient with a diagnose of Guillain - Barré syndrom. Summary This bachelor thesis was elaborated during my continuous practice at the Malvazinky Rehabilitation Clinic from January 28th to February 22nd of 2013. The thesis is divided into two main components: general and special. The general component contains theoretical findings about Guillain - Barré Syndrome disease and all its subtypes. The special component consists of a detailed elaboration of a case report involving a Guillain-Barré Syndrome disease patient. This case study includes an initial kinesiology examination in which basis targets and therapy process have been set, and a description of the applied therapeutic methods followed by a final kinesiology examination after which the effect of the described therapy was evaluated.
