Abstract

1 Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče pacienta po zlomenině diafýzy femuru Abstrakt Tato bakalářská práce vznikla jako případová studie během mé souvislé odborné praxe v Centru léčby pohybového aparátu v Praze. Zabýváme se zde problematikou fyzioterapie po zlomenině diafýzy femuru. Práce je rozdělená na dvě části. V teoretické se věnujeme rešeršnímu zpracování literatury týkající se zlomenin, jejich klasifikace, hojení a léčbu s podrobnějším zaměřením na frakturu v oblasti diafýzy femuru. Je zde popsán klinický obraz tohoto traumatu, prognóza, terapeutické přístupy a to zejména fyzioterapeutické a rehabilitační. Speciální část obsahuje kazuistiku pacienta se zlomeninou diafýzy levé stehenní kosti po pádu v domácím prostředí. Je zde uveden komplexní vstupní kineziologický rozbor pacienta, průběh fyzioterapeutického plánu a zhodnocení efektu terapie. Klíčová slova: fyzioterapie, zlomenina diafýzy femuru, drogová závislost

1 Case report of physiotherapy care of patient after fracture of femoral diaphysis Abstract This baccalaureate thesis was designed as a case study at the Rehabilitation Centrum léčby pohybového aparátu in Prague during my continuous specialized practice. We deal here with the issue of physiotherapy after fracture of femoral diaphysis. The thesis is divided in two part. The general part focuses on literature search-based description of fractures, their classification, conservative and surgical treatments, and healing of fractures. The fractures of femoral diaphysis are described in more detail - clinical image of this trauma, its prognosis, therapeutic approaches to the problem, and particularly physiotherapeutic and rehabilitation approaches. The special part is devoted to the case study of a patient with fracture of left femoral diaphysis after a fall at home. Here provides a comprehensive to complex kinesiological analysis of the patient, course of physiotherapeutic treatment using physiotherapeutic devices, and evaluation of the effect of the therapy.
