Vliv novely školského zákona na práci ředitelů škol

Abstract

Závěrečná bakalářská práce se zabývá úlohou ředitele školy, jeho funkcemi a pracovními povinnostmi. Rozebírá konkursní řízení a postoje zřizovatelů k těmto konkursním řízením. Zjišťuje, zda změna školského zákona v jeho novele č. 472/2011 Sb., v § 166, ovlivnila práci ředitelů škol, jakým způsobem a v jakých oblastech. Zabývá se postoji a názory ředitelů na změnu zákona, zda novela školského zákona je z jejich pohledu optimálním řešením. Přináší závěry z výzkumného šetření realizovaného v náhodně vybrané skupině ředitelů mateřských a základních škol jako prvotní reakce po uplatnění změn vyplývajících z novely školského zákona. Final Bachelor thesis deals with the role of the school directors, his functions and work duties. Discusses the bankruptcy proceedings and the position of the founders to bankruptcy proceedings.To determine whether a change in his amendment to the Education Law No. 472/2011 Coll., section 166, influenced the work of school directors, how and in what areas. It deals with the attitudes and opinions of the Board of Directors to amend the law, whether the amendment of the Education Law is from their view the optimal solution. It draws from the research brings the investigation undertaken in a randomly selected group of Directors of kindergartens and basic schools as the initial reaction after application of the changes resulting of the amendment to the Education Law.
